The room was neat, had essentials, like hair dryers, shower caps and bath sheets. The breakfast was satisfactory with a great selection of goodies.

Location not far from festivals or events being held on the property, the main restaurant and Belagavi. Consistently courteous and polite staff, free concierge service, wake up service and ironing.

Superb property location, nice rooms, stunning aesthetics, best-in-class view. Excellent food, diverse spread of Indian and continental, fresh and tasty. Cordial staff, Bhavana on the reception desk deserves special mention. Well-equipped gym, impressive terrace swimming pool. Good location.

the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to KLES' JNMC school. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms and architecture of the building was impressive. I especially enjoyed the decent view of the surrounding areas from my room. Lastly, the breakfast spread was excellent, with a diverse selection of Indian and continental dishes. The food was fresh, tasty, and there was even a wide choice of smoothies and shakes.

I had a satisfactory experience at Uk 27 The Fern Belagavi. Although there were a few drawbacks such as poor bathroom ventilation and some issues with check-in, the positives outweighed the negatives.

The exclusive amenities of this hotel are truly luxurious and made our stay unforgettable. The room advantages and private facilities were exceptional and the bar and snack bar areas were always well-stocked and inviting. The continental breakfast and special diet menus were delicious with a great variety available.

Only one minor issue during our stay was that the night club was a bit too loud and disrupted our sleep. However, this was easily remedied by requesting a quieter room.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving at this hotel! the complements we received was just too good - they exceeded our expectations. Loved the location, it was near to all the hotspots we wanted to visit. They had an amazing terrace pool which we enjoyed a lot during the day. the staff was very courteous and helpful.

The towel quality could have been better. the breakfast on the second day wasn't as good as it was on the first day.
